Speaking with our Michael Reel, Jackson discussed the importance of having African American youth involved in S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.) “Sixty seven percent of the jobs are not tech. They are advertising, marketing, service industry, construction and training. For Silicon Valley to lock us out is expensive. What do we represent? Money, market, talent and location.”
