I lied to you because you are my better half. The truth is we got married for all the wrong reasons and our kids mean more to us than our own happiness. The truth is I’m happier when I’m with her but I don’t know how long this will last. The truth is laying down with her brings much excitement. Childlike thoughts that a day job and providing for the family has robbed me of. The truth is that she’s pregnant and a part of me wants her to have the baby. The truth is that she gave me an STD. And the reason I’m sending this letter is because I didn’t have the heart to tell you. The STD isn’t life threatening. It’s trichonomis, and can be cured by taking a few pills regularly. The truth is I couldn’t go another day without being honest to you. The truth is the longer I write the more I realize that she’s a pregnant fling and my real mistake came from humping her more than three times, a rule I usually stick to. The truth is I love you and since I’m willing to be in a relationship with you and your Momma, you should accept my lust child. Sorry for hurting you:(

P.S. Confused

Flocked I.R. Anderson

The streets of Compton shape the mindset of most men. Best friends R.B. and T.G. tackle daily obstacles striving for something better. As luck usually has it, an opportunistic Home Invasion presents itself. With street fame came a new struggle. Especially in the hood, where loyalty and deceit are blurred and the only rule is survival. Can T.G. and R.B. succeed? Or will they fall victim like so many others before them?

Fatherless Son

Darryl ‘Whitey’ Johnson had what most inner city kids wanted; GAME. He was a star basketball player, and with his talent, had dreams of providing a way out of the ghetto and into a world of success. However, his reality was bad luck and a shaky relationship with his father, Darryl Sr., whom he wanted nothing more than to impress.

After enduring a series of traumatic events Whitey must somehow overcome and learn to become a man.
