Update: Vester Flanagan / Bryce Williams, the accused shooter of WDBJ TV reporter, Alison Parker and cameraman, Adam Ward, has died of a self inflected wound.

Network turned over documents sent by man identifying himself as Bryce Williams to police

Someone using the name of WDBJ TV news shooter Bryce Williams sent a 23-page fax to ABC News the night before the incident, which the network turned over to authorities.

“Sometime between Tuesday night and this morning, ABC News received a fax from someone claiming to be Bryce Williams,” the network reported. “It is a lengthy document: 23 pages. ABC News has turned it over to authorities.”

It’s not known what the fax contained or whether authorities have authenticated that it was in fact sent by Williams.

He posted videos and rants on Twitter and Facebook airing his grievances with the journalists. His tweets included:

“EEOC report filed. They hired her after that?”

“Adam went to HR on me after working with me one time!!!”

“I filmed the shooting. See Facebook.”

There have been conflicting media reports as to whether Flanagan successfully killed himself Wednesday morning. CNN is now reporting he shot himself and is in critical condition.
