Gina Neely: “This third book we collaborated and discussed what could we do differently. We started thinking about where we came from, what’s in our hearts and what resonated with us. Writing a third cookbook was more of a tribute of how we got started in this industry. We’re not culinary chefs, we’re basically just cooks at grandma’s knee, in a loving old fashioned way.”
Pat Neely: “I think when you reach a certain level to where people always ask you, ‘When was the first time you were introduced to food?’ That was my biggest driving point to this topic.”
