All over the land and country on Sunday, mothers will be honored. Breakfast in bed, brunches, speeches in churches by the young, worshipping together with families and then dinners are just a few of the activities of the day. Sunday concludes the attention that has been given to mothers all week long by newscasters and talk show hosts.
We believe that mothers are an extension of the love of God on earth toward us. To be sure, they are not all without question, but they do demonstrate in their own way unmerited love. So we say, if you’ve got a mother almost of any kind, show her a demonstration of your love an appreciation on Sunday. You only get one.
