In an effort to remain attractive to international travelers while accommodating the new super jumbo jet, the Tom Bradley International Terminal at the Los Angeles World Airport (LAX) is currently in a 1.5 billion dollar renovation and modernization project. According to senior management analyst, Tim Ihle, a renovated Bradley terminal will provide travelers with an experience and have ample gates to accommodate aircraft. “We will have nine gates specifically for the group 6 aircraft, or the Airbus A-380, the Bowing 747-8, and the 787 which recently started flying into the airport.” Timothy Ihle, Sr. Management Analyst II Los Angeles World Airport
